By registering on Minds.Chat, you agree to comply with these terms of service. Minds.Chat owners reserve the right to change these terms as necessary, and any changes will be displayed on this page. As we continually strive to improve Minds.Chat, the service may evolve over time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of Minds.Chat, introduce new features, impose limits on certain features, or restrict access to parts or all of the services.

While Minds.Chat may provide access to certain general medical information, it cannot and is not intended to provide medical advice. Minds.Chat is a self-help program and does not include the provision of medical care, mental health services, or other professional healthcare services. If you have or suspect you may have a medical problem or condition, please contact a qualified healthcare professional immediately. If you feel you are a danger to yourself or others, you must discontinue the use of Minds.Chat services immediately and notify the appropriate police or emergency medical personnel.

You may only use Minds.Chat for your personal, non-commercial use and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party, and only in a manner that complies with the law. Minds.Chat personnel do not read your conversations and are under no obligation to report any known or suspected crimes to the proper authorities.

To create a Minds.Chat account, you must provide basic information about yourself, such as an email address, password, location, and birthdate. To register, you must agree to the current Terms of Service and submit your registration form. You may be able to add or change your personal information after your account is created.

While using Minds.Chat services, you may provide some personal information. Personal information stored by Minds.Chat is encrypted and is not sold to third parties. Minds.Chat may use your information with AI platforms in order to provide you with the service, however we don’t share your personal data like e-mail and photo with such platforms.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a child under 13, please do not attempt to register for Minds.Chat or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible and terminate the associated account. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information, please contact us.

Customers can acquire subscription or premium membership using third-party payment methods. Availability of payment methods may depend on the user's country of origin. The subscription fee for the subscription period will be billed upfront. All subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless the user terminates the subscription before the expiration date. Paid service is activated when a transaction is completed. Purchased paid services cannot be refunded if activated, but users should contact customer service in case of technical failure to request a refund.

Minds.Chat operates on an "as is" basis. Minds.Chat owners are not responsible for possible consequences arising from using the site. If you do not agree with the Minds.Chat Terms of Service, please do not use the site. Any damage caused by violating these terms will make the person responsible for the damage fully liable. If Minds.Chat owners do not wish to offer services to a specific user, they can block that user's account.

You can always stop using Minds.Chat and/or delete your data by removing your user account. By deleting your account, you will remove your data from Minds.Chat and will need to start anew if you decide to return someday. Please keep this in mind before you decide to terminate your account.
